Wings is committed to providing high-quality early education and care.As our company grows, and our current Director is moving on to open our next centre, we are currently seeking a Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor to lead our Manly centre. The opportunity exists for you to play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of this high performing centre.ResponsibilitiesAs the Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring that it meets all legislative and quality standards. This is a great place to watch your career take offWe are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team, and value open and ongoing communication amongst team members and families.Role RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:Demonstrated recent experience in a leadership or management role within an early childhood education and care settingA minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood EducationA current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educatorsExceptional communication skillsWe offer a competitive salary package tailored to the successful applicant which may include generous 95% staff discount off childcare fees and performance incentives.
