Travel required between services on the Gold Coast. About You: Relevant tertiary qualification/s i.e., Diploma in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Cert IV in Child Youth & Family Intervention, or equivalent.Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.A willingness and commitment to exercise self-reflection and to improve as a leader.
