Key to its immense success and growth has been a strong culture of being innovative, accountable, collaborative and tenacious.The Head of FP&A will lead the delivery of management financial reporting, KPI reporting, budgeting and forecasting. The role will also support the business in articulating and evaluating commercial proposals, customer contracts and business cases. Key deliverables include:Managing and coordinating the FP&A team;Analysis and reporting assignments;Leveraging data for business intelligence and reporting;Supporting the review of business proposals: drive process governance and rigorous decision making;Board Management Performance Meeting Reporting, Forecasting and Budgeting;Supporting key account sales team with customer reporting and analysis;Supporting the business with continuous process improvement and process automation; andUndertaking ad hoc projects.This is a genuine opportunity for a highly motivated senior finance professional to stamp their mark on the continued growth and long-term success of a rapidly growing Australian enterprise. This exceptional role should appeal to a commercially astute CA/CPA, with previous experience in a large and complex product distribution business who is looking for a pivotal and high profile Group FP&A role.
