Position: Senior Business Analyst (Information & Communication Technology)

Benefits: Flexibility with hours and work-from-home optionsFully Subsidised Corporate Gold Health Cover for you and your family13 days personal leave per yearAccess to corporate discounts across a range of retail, restaurants, and hotelsAbout the role: Facilitate workshops and interviews with technical and business stakeholders to understand current state processes and issues and how these can be solvedTranslate business requirements into technical requirementsCapture business requirements and ensure they adhere to HBF standards and are delivered within agreed timeframesDevelop, maintain and improve current and future state processes and supporting documentation to support our HBF business capabilitiesParticipate in Squad Ceremonies, BA Chapter Synch meetings, and share knowledge with BA Chapter peersUse appropriate tools and techniques to elicit and analyse business problems and capture future state business requirements into User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaAssist in the planning, prioritisation and coordination of BA tasks in the backlogProven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile delivery teamsHigh level of attention to detailCollaborative team player with a delivery focus and a disciplined mindsetCompetent in Jira and ConfluenceExperience in user story decomposition and coordinating estimating sessions with developers and testersAbility to interpret and translate solution design diagrams into technical storiesAt least 4-5 years' experience in a full-time business analyst roleAbility to prioritise and complete work tasks on time without compromising output qualityDemonstrated ability to assimilate information and apply analysis skills and problem-solving techniquesStrong process mapping skills and ability to communicate new processes effectively with stakeholders and usersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to adapt and a high level of resilience in a constantly changing work environmentData Mapping and data analysisProcess mapping using PromappHighly motivated and driven individualKnowledge of the health insurance sectorKnowledge of controls by design and risk management processesNext Steps: If you're passionate about driving technology delivery and influencing change, we'd love to hear from you.
