Advise & implement risk-based prevention strategiesEngage across a large, complex organisationTier 1, ASX-20 company | Outstanding career growth | 100% FlexThe Role As an HSWE Lead, you will assist with risk-based prevention strategies to support a large, high-risk workforce managing a widespread infrastructure asset footprint.
You will play an essential role in advising the Group on the management of HSWE risks, with a focus on their large infrastructure frontline workforce of 5000+.

Key Elements: Supporting business functions to achieve Telstra's HSWE strategic goalsEngage, support and effectively influence a complex and diverse group of stakeholdersSenior level engagement and reportingWorking closely with working groups on key initiatives identified for implementationAssess risks and operationalisation of mitigating controls for new activities being undertaken by the businessConduct assurance activities on frontline employee activities to assess complianceJoin a dynamic and supportive team with outstanding leadershipEstablished career pathways and leadership & development opportunities100% flexible working options and excellent benefitsAbout You: Effective communication and the ability to build relationships, negotiate, influence and support stakeholdersAnalytical thinking and problem solvingStrong understanding of HSWE regulationsTertiary qualifications in HSWProven experience in HSEW Advisory/Specialist role, ideally within high-risk industryProven ability to work independentlyAbility to handle multiple and conflicting prioritiesResearch and problem solvingHighly desirable: Environment and/or occupational hygiene experienceLead Auditor qualification and exposureBenefits & next steps With outstanding career growth and development opportunities, you are joining an organisation that fully embraces flexibility and choice.
