Electrical HD Fitter – FIFO from PerthWe're seeking experienced Electrical HD Fitters for permanent, full-time roles on a reliable 2:1 roster. If you're looking to build a long-term career in a supportive team environment, this is the perfect opportunity With competitive flat rates based on experience and a strong focus on safety and excellence, we welcome dedicated professionals to apply.Position DetailsRole: Electrical HD Fitter (FIFO from Perth)Roster: 2:1 (two weeks on, one week off)Employment Type: Permanent, full-timePay Rates (Flat Rate)Grade 1: $75.00 per hour (1-2 years of experience)Grade 2: $80.00 per hour (3-4 years of experience)Grade 3: $85.00 per hour (5+ years of experience)Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heavy-duty equipment, focusing on electrical components.Fault Diagnosis: Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on a range of HD equipment.Component Change-outs: Replace and repair electrical systems, engines, and other key components of HD machinery.Field and Workshop Repairs: Perform repairs both on-site and in workshop settings, depending on operational needs.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring a safe workplace for yourself and others.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of electrical repairs, inspections, and diagnostics as required.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical HD Fitter, with pay grades increasing based on experience.Qualifications: Relevant trade qualification as an Electrical HD Fitter.Licensing: Valid driver's license; forklift and working at heights tickets are advantageous.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of heavy diesel mechanics and proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools and systems.FIFO Readiness: Ability to work on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.What We OfferPermanent, full-time positions with competitive, experience-based payFIFO from Perth with accommodation and transport providedOpportunity for career growth and skill developmentA safety-first work culture with support from a dedicated teamIf you're a qualified Electrical HD Fitter ready to make a long-term commitment and thrive in a challenging, rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
