Dentist Melbourne: New or Recent Graduate We are seeking a dentist to join our group of clinics in SE Melbourne – located in Lynbrook, Cranbourne, Carrum Downs and Lang Lang.
The successful applicant will be working alongside 15 general dentists and 4 specialists/visiting dentists in one of the premier groups across the state.
We started our renowned new/recent graduate program a decade ago and have retained new graduates from each year that has passed - in fact, almost our entire general dentist team started with us as new graduates.
We are one of the most progressive clinical groups who perform everything from All On X and implants to a dedicated ortho department and our own in-house lab.
Microscopes, intraoral scanners, milling machines, and CBCTs – we've got it all.
But let's be honest, plenty of clinics also do these days – toys aren't what makes us special.
This position is suitable for dentists graduating next year or those who have graduated recently.
Graduates go through a structured mentoring year with dedicated 'graduate mentors' - both of whom undertook the grad year themselves previously.
There are specific grad seminars conducted by different senior dentists in our team and plenty of clinical discussions.
We also conduct regular in-house training and seminars for all our team, often with well-renowned guest speakers.
Our last big events included a sponsored endodontic course with local specialists, digital denture courses with Sam Dias, and we are doing a smile design / veneers course with Tom Shao this month.
Basically, if we want to learn a new skill, we aren't afraid to fly in the best in the industry to teach us.

Our dentists really get along – and we only hire people who we think will fit in with us.
Whilst we take our dentistry seriously and love to push ourselves – we are also laid back and friendly.
Whether it be trivia nights, karaoke, or discussing where we are at in the latest Zelda game, we think life is about more than just teeth.
