You'll work hand-in-hand with our General Manager, creative team, and a diverse roster of clients to craft and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
This isn't your average role—you'll be wearing multiple hats, from strategist to project manager, ensuring every campaign hits the mark.Key Responsibilities Client Management: Be the trusted advisor for multiple clients, building deep relationships and acting as the go-to person for their marketing needs.Marketing Strategy: Develop tailored, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with client goals and drive tangible results.Social Media: Plan, execute, and optimise social media campaigns across platforms, delivering content that engages and converts.Paid Advertising: Oversee and refine paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
to maximise ROI.Creative Collaboration: Partner with designers and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and videos that bring campaigns to life.Email Marketing: Build and execute email marketing sequences that nurture leads and drive conversions.Performance Tracking: Analyse campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present actionable insights to clients.Innovation: Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table to keep clients' marketing cutting-edge.Core Metrics for SuccessCampaign Impact: Deliver measurable results for clients within the first 90 days.Engagement: Achieve high engagement rates across client social media and email campaigns.Client Satisfaction: Maintain strong relationships, achieving high client retention and positive feedback.Timely Delivery: Ensure all projects are completed on time and exceed client expectations.Who We're Looking ForYou're a results-driven marketer with a passion for strategy, execution, and seeing businesses thrive.
