SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team at Brisbane Airport.
We currently have approx.
30 hours per week available, Monday to Sunday, to meet business demand.
As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia's vehicle presentation standards.
Your key responsibilities will include: Communicating with our customers face-to-face, on the phone, and via emailOpening and closing rental agreementsSelling additional over the counter rental productsManaging reservations and allocating vehiclesEnsuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customerInspecting and recording vehicle damageMaintaining a clean and safe working areaMinimum Requirements: Flexibility to work between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidaysExceptional customer service skills and/or experienceEnthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a good work ethicExperience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's LicenceFull working rights in AustraliaAll successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
