This role is suited to someone wanting to get off the tools but still use their qualification on a daily basis.Duties & Responsibilities:Manage large value repairs, predominantly roof repairs.Assess and report on property damage.Manage client relationships, including conflict resolution.Manage time frames, Quality Control, and Workplace health safety management.Key Selection Criteria:To be considered for the position, you must demonstrate the following:Meet the criteria to gain a QBCC site supervisor licence.A keen interest and enthusiasm for high-quality roof repairs/replacements.Team player and company focused.Strong safety mindset.High standard of quality.Customer Service, Safety, Technology, and Quality are critical to the role.
