About this role
Our Employment Solutions team provides specialist tax advisory services to a diverse range of clients with particular focus on employment taxes including global mobility arrangements, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning and salary sacrifice arrangements.
As our team grows, it is important that we continue to maintain our core principles that make us proud to work at Grant Thornton.
We are therefore seeking a manager to join our Employment Solutions team, who appreciates:

Key responsibilities
Consulting and advising on a wide variety of FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG and employee versus contractor matters, including cross-border issues and audits Providing international assignment consulting and compliance services across a range of clients and matters FBT policy and procedure development Payroll Tax compliance Designing and implementing share plans for C-suite and all other levels Teaming with data and technology experts to help design automated tools Coaching and mentoring team members Skills & experience

Your passion for understanding your clients' businesses will see you go beyond addressing technical issues to developing actionable growth recommendations.
This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:
