This is a FIFO from Brisbane or a perfect role for a Mt Isa local, based on an 8 / 6 roster.
Your duties will involve providing management of the daily catering requirements of the village, ensuring effective management in the areas of:
Food ProductionMenu Planning and Daily ProductionDining Room ServicesSafety, Health and EnvironmentCustomer ServiceStaff SupervisionComplianceAdministration and Operation MarginsClient Relationship ManagementLiaising with the Site ManagerAll about you: Certificate III in Commercial CookeryExceptional administrative and computer/software skillsStable & progressive management experience within a remote environmentA commitment to genuine, friendly customer serviceA motivated, constructive and professional 'can-do' attitudeResourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasmAdherence to food & general safety practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentPhysically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasksPride in personal appearance & hygieneAbility to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weatherA manual driver's license (preferred) and forklift ticket (highly desirable) #J-18808-Ljbffr
