To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, as an Enrolled Nurse you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.Your part in our BlueCare teamAs an Enrolled Nurse, you will be working alongside our Registered Nurses, providing person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:Documenting and updating care plans in line with emerging assessmentsMedication and wound managementAssisting residents with activities of daily living and recreational activitiesHelping residents to participate in the community by providing social supportAiding other care staff and health professionalsWork collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team membersWhat makes a difference for us?Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skillsConfidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtainFull, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlementsConfidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policiesStart making a difference todayOur application process takes less than 15 minutes – Click the 'APPLY' button to be taken to our online application process and upload your resume and cover letter.
