Focus of the Role The Head of Inhouse Creative Agency will lead the development and growth of the in-house agency, ensuring its seamless integration with the broader business.
This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, impactful marketing campaigns, fostering a culture of creative excellence, and aligning the agency's output with business objectives.
The Head of Inhouse Creative Agency will work closely with the Head of Creative to produce strategically aligned content and campaigns, oversee agency operations, and collaborate with external partners to reinforce the brand's market presence.
This senior leadership position reports to the CMO and aims to position the agency as a centre of creative excellence.

Key areas of the role will be:
Leadership and Team Management Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of creative professionals, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular reviews. Partner with the Head of Creative to foster a culture of creativity, agility, and professionalism while enhancing operational efficiency. Act as an escalation point, identifying solutions for business challenges and ensuring seamless project execution. Lead the evolution of the in-house agency, elevating work quality and refining workflow processes across teams and partners. Strategic Planning Collaborate with the CMO, Heads of Marketing and Brand Managers to develop and implement the overall marketing and creative strategy aligned with business goals. Together with the Creative Director drive the development of creative briefs, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends & insights, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge (including generative AI). Project Management Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing and brand campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Manage efficient workflows from brief to multi-channel execution, optimizing resource allocation and meeting project objectives. Implement best practices in project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and meet deadlines. Report on key performance metrics and provide monthly capability reports, accurately measuring scope of work (SOW). Relationships Management Collaborate with Inhouse Agency, Marketing, and key stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and support. Align quarterly priorities with Marketing Leads and manage agency team capacity. Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to explore delivery strategies and solutions. About You To be successful in the role, you'll need:
Significant senior management experience in an in-house agency or client-side marketing team, with expertise in creative and production teams. Deep understanding and knowledge within or managing creative and production teams, or potentially leading a modern indie agency where you've had an entrepreneurial lens. Strong leadership skills in managing complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, and fostering a positive, creative culture. Proven ability to coach and develop creative talent, enhancing team capabilities in creative work. Proven ability to manage stakeholders in complex agile organizations and adapt to fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of marketing science and collaboration with innovative agency partners. Excellent written, presentation and project management skills ensuring on time and on budget delivery. Advanced people management and stakeholder relationship skills, with expertise in agency and production management.
