The Opportunity : We currently have an exciting and rare Residential opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Gunnedah team on a 7 / 7 Day roster primarily supporting Construction Projects across the region.
Being a residential role, you will be based out of Dubbo or the surrounding area supporting the NSW region and Gunnedah area where required across multiple customer sites ensuring the reliability of a wide range of construction machinery.
Responsibilities : Performing diagnostic evaluation and mechanical maintenance serviceAttending to production breakdowns and undertaking diagnostic workLiaising with technical support staff to achieve the most efficient outcomes and assist in product improvements.Completion and submission of all relevant documentation and reporting paperwork.Maintaining good working relationship with customers, peers, and other departmentsIdentification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibilityTo be successful you will need : Relevant Trade CertificateIntermediate PC Skills, ability to analyse technical data and reports.Good communication skillsHave a safety focus and abide by site safety processes.Strong ability to adapt yourself to different teams, rosters, environments, and workloads.Ensure that you provide 100% Customer satisfaction with both internal and external stakeholders, branches & suppliers within the HCA family.About You : If you consider yourself to have the following, then we want to hear from you
