The successful candidate will be part of an inclusive team that values equity and diversity, offering career progression opportunities within various business units.Opportunity to provide legal and policy adviceLead and operationalise project outcomesWork in an inclusive environment that values equity and diversityWhat you'll do :Provide legal and policy advice on issues relevant to the business of the Tribunal.Lead and operationalise project outcomes.Provide secretariat support to the Rules Committee.Identify and respond to the operational impact of new or adjusted jurisdictions conferred on the Tribunal.Prepare draft practice directions, notices, instruments or forms.Work with a range of legal and government stakeholders on issues relevant to business.Prepare briefing notes, advices, reports and other correspondence to inform and advise on key legal and policy matters.Participate in, develop and complete improvements and innovations to support achieving business excellence.What you bring :Ability to read and interpret legal documents.Experience in providing verbal and written legal advices.Ability to work independently with minimal direction.Ability to negotiate or exchange ideas, information and opinions with others.Ability to establish rapport and gain trust of others.Contribution towards workplace equity, diversity, respect and inclusion.What's next?Ready to make a significant impact?
