About the role We're seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to support the end-to-end delivery of a new Salesforce Hyperforce Marketing Cloud platform.
You'll join an innovative team that is dedicated to reimagining customer experiences and uplifting business processes.
As our Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities.

Day-to-day, you will: Actively engage in the Hyperforce Marketing Cloud Project Squad, advising on best practice platform design and delivery.
Provide guidance and options to stakeholders on platform requirements, activity sequencing, and delivery planning.
Create and document templates and customer journeys in Marketing Cloud, including stakeholder approvals, data checks, testing, and deployment.
Maintain active communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and task completion.
Provide proactive recommendations and support optimization activities for both the Hyperforce and BAU Marketing Cloud platforms.
Offer technical support and guidance to Marketing Cloud users, including troubleshooting, peer reviews, and best practice recommendations.
Monitor automations and communication journeys for errors, identify and address platform issues, and maintain good platform governance.
Establish metrics of success, develop A/B test strategies, and provide campaign reporting and optimization recommendations.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including: 4+ years of business experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or a similar marketing automation platform).
Experience in delivering/managing Marketing Cloud integration with external data sources via S3 bucket and/or API.
High level of technical aptitude and experience in solution design creation.
Ability to apply critical thinking and business acumen when designing solutions to business problems.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and project delivery experience.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
