Teacher - Secondary - Rugby League Coordinator - Marsden State High SchoolMarsden State High School is seeking a dynamic and passionate Year 7-12 Rugby League Coordinator to lead its high-performing Rugby League Excellence Program.

The Rugby League Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of a high-performing Rugby League program within the school.
This role involves leadership, coordination, and communication to ensure the program aligns with the school's values, supports student development, and fosters a culture of achievement and excellence.

Applicants for these positions must possess: Proven ability to lead and support staff in maintaining high standards of performance and behavior, especially within a school environment.Experience in designing and implementing curricula tailored to students' needs and educational goals.
Strong organisational skills, including the ability to plan and manage large-scale events such as awards nights and recruitment trials.Experience in talent identification, with the ability to assess and recruit students for the program.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, parents, and school leadership.A passion for fostering student success both academically and athletically, with a background in sports coaching, teaching, or a related field, preferably within rugby league.A relevant teaching qualification.Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.Working rights in Australia, which means you have, or you are eligible to obtain a valid Australian Visa with work rights.How to apply: Click the Green 'Apply online' button belowAttach your current resume including contact details of two professional refereesPre-service teachers and graduates are encouraged to include completed practicum reports, mentor/referee statements, and unofficial academic transcript for current course of study.
