Please note that we provided confidentiality to all applicants THE OPPORTUNITY This is a huge opportunity for motivated, patient-centric Dentist to join a clinic in the Gladstone area where you'll be surrounded by beautiful beaches, outdoors lifestyle and high quality schools and entertainment.
There is also an airport with direct flights to Brisbane.
Relocation assistance may also be provided if needed. There is a huge demand for dentists, with the demand far outstripping the number of available clinicians so you'll be in prime position to serve the community, do more complex and comprehensive dentistry and earn more while you're at it.
This privately-owned practice is one of 3 other private practices in regional QLD and the Sunshine Coast, so you'll also have a support network of peers to communicate and collaborate with.
If you're looking to ramp up, refine or test out your clinical skills while serving the community of loyal patients, and getting 3 years of dentistry condensed into 1 year, this practice is the one for you
You'll have full clinical autonomy and the opportunity to build and shape the team and clinic around yourself.
Resources and marketing will be invested into you as well.
For the time being, you'll be the only dentist in the practice but you will have the support of the network of dentists around you just down the road as well as the Principal.

ABOUT YOU You may have anywhere from 3 years to 30+ years of experience, what matters is your patient-centric and caring nature Your top priority is providing top-notch care You have a friendly chairside manner and can communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable You may be open to performing (or learning) other complex dental procedures and you are comfortable performing general dental procedures You have AHPRA registration without conditions You hold current professional indemnity insurance You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things Does this sound like you?
