About the role This is an exciting role for a Commercial Operations Associate to support the business's back end processes and manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
The role requires a proactive individual who can handle backend administrative processes to ensure the smooth operation of various support functions.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, making this a critical business position.
What you'll be doing Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, contracts, and documentation Update systems, process purchase requisitions, and manage invoice payments Support indirect purchasing from requisition to payment, including supplier creation Assist the Accounts Receivable team with any escalations Handle monthly validation and invoicing Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective admin support Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing suggestions and feedback Ad hoc tasks as required What you need Experience in a similar role Strong technical skills and confident using various systems Proficient in Excel and reporting tools Medical Device or similar industry experience Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and excellent organisational skills Flexible and adaptable, with good problem-solving skills Culture A collaborative and supportive work culture where teamwork and communication are highly valued.

This role will allow you to contribute to continuous process improvement, with the autonomy to manage your responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
