Larita Academy Operations Coordinator

About the role We're seeking a passionate Operations Coordinator to join Larita Academy, playing a crucial role in transforming young lives through operational excellence.
Reporting to the CSR Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our youth development program, ensuring smooth delivery whilst maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment for our participants.
What You'll Do Program Administration and CoordinationLead the operational delivery of Larita Academy, EmPath, and Alumni programManage program calendars, stakeholder relationships, and compliance requirementsMaintain database systems and drive continuous improvement initiativesCoordinate social media presence and marketing communicationsEvent & OperationsCoordinate training sessions, academies, and meetingsManage logistics including venue arrangements, catering, and materialsOversee volunteer engagement and merchandise distributionSupport scholarship program administrationStrategic SupportAssist Senior Leadership team with high-level administrative supportGenerate program impact reports and analyticsIdentify and escalate risks and issues as neededContribute to maintaining safe and inclusive environments for at-risk youthWhat You'll Bring Experience in NFP, Social Enterprise, Community Services, or CSR organisations (preferred)Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProven track record in operational support within fast-growing environmentsStrong organisational and administrative skills, including governance and data managementBackground in working with at-risk youth (preferred but not essential)Passion for purpose-driven work and creating inclusive environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver's licenceWorking With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Why You'll love working here Employee discountProfessional development assistancePlease quote in application: Larita Academy Operations Coordinator via Pro Bono Australia.
