Senior Murex Front Office Consultant

This role offers a chance to work on key change initiatives, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with end users to gather and clarify requirements for market risk solutions.
Optimize existing Murex formulas and contribute to the continuous improvement of the release process.
Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and ensure successful delivery.
Validate and configure risk measures such as PV01, CR01, and sensitivities.
Manage the entire testing lifecycle, including defect tracking, liaising with both business and testing teams.
Contribute to ongoing enhancements and development within the Murex platform.

Mandatory Required Skills and Experience:

6+ years of experience as a Murex Front Office Business Analyst/Developer.
Expertise across multiple asset classes: Money Markets, Fixed Income, FX, IR Derivatives, and Commodities.
In-depth knowledge of pricing models and the Murex curve framework.
Proven ability to work with Oracle or SQL Server RDBMS and strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
Familiarity with Murex Market Risk modules (MRE, MRA/MRB) and the configuration of risk measures.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira.
Exposure to Unix, Shell Scripting, and Git is a plus.
Development skills in MxML, DM, or other Murex modules are highly desirable.
