We offer weekend and public holiday roles in acute complex discharge planning, acute stroke/neurology, and a short stay surgical ward.

You will complete person-centered assessments, intervention, and complex discharge planning to achieve positive patient outcomes in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.Our five diverse streams - Outpatients, Acute, Aged Care, Rehabilitation, and Better@Home - offer endless opportunities to refine your skills and expand your horizons.
