Clinical Care Manager

As the Clinical Care Manager you will work closely with the Residential Care Manager to ensure the overall clinical management of consumers in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
This position is perfect for someone who has change management experience and has a passion to help uplift the facility they are a part of.
Storm Village has a full roster of staff with RN and Team Leader coverage across all shifts.
We are also about to start renovations so it's a really exciting time to join the team

Must have AHPRA Registration and be a seasoned CCC in the aged care sector.
