Our client is an innovative business in the construction industry with a strong presence in Western Australia's market.
They obtain an enviable project portfolio of High Value and Diverse project types.
The company now has an opening for an additional HSE Advisor to join their highly experienced Perth WA team.

Requirements :
Min 2 years' experience within Commercial Construction HSE Space Cert IV or Diploma Work Health Safety Possess a valid WA Manual Drivers Licence Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Sound computer literacy with word processing, spreadsheets, and HSEQ software systems Excellent organisational and time management skills Sound ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and complex problem solving Experience creating and implementing HSE processes Fully current on Health & Safety regulations and Work Health and Safety legislation.
Exposure investigating incidents utilising the ICAM methodology / 5 Whys etc.
Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders of the business Key Responsibilities :
Support company operations in all aspects of HSEQ as required Manage the incident investigation and emergency response program, acting as the lead investigator for all incidents, coordinating and developing effective actions to prevent re-occurrence Positively influence, and advise workforce on Health and Safety requirements under Workplace Health & Safety Legislation Undertake construction project audits to ensure contractors and workers are complying with all requirements of the specific Project HSEQ Management Plan and Federal Safety Commission requirements Designing, developing and delivering training programs to support the company's Safe system of work Developing and maintaining HSEQ documentation to ensure continuous improvement in HSEQ and training as applicable Collating HSEQ data, developing risk mitigation strategies, delivering presentations and reports to executive management and other stakeholders Advise on relevant WHS legislation and review changes to legislative requirements for all states and territories of Australia and New Zealand is desirable How to apply :
