If you're someone with a strong values-oriented compass and you want to achieve sustainable outcomes, you will find a great community at WorkCover.Key Responsibilities:End-to-end product design, ensuring a seamless user experienceDesigning digital experiences that are elegant, usable, measurable, and efficient to buildLead design of large-scale digital productsGovern and maintain the WorkCover design system to supply agility and consistency to changeChampion customer centricity to drive improvement and innovation as part of the broader Experience Insights and Design functionProvide mentorship and craft training to Product designers, whilst demonstrating a bias to action, comfort in ambiguity and a positive attitudeYou Will Bring:Minimum 5 years' experience in UX, UI or Product DesignLevel of qualifications preferred but not limited to Tertiary qualification in IT, Design or PsychologyExperience in designing multiple high traffic or high-profile digital productsKnowledge of design thinking principles, UI design best practices, visual trends and emerging technologiesStrong and demonstrable capability in interaction design;Demonstrated ability to deliver digital experiences and products within a cross-functional team using Figma as the primary design tool.A bit about us:Working in a collaborative team environment within a supportive and engaged organisation, you'll enjoy a hybrid work model, access to personalised learning and development opportunities and the holistic support of our health and wellbeing program.
