We are passionate, talented, dedicated, proud, and hungry for success and we want like-minded individuals to join the movement.And now, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Digital team, based in our Sydney CBD Head Office.As the Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of advancing our organisation's technological ecosystem. Your primary responsibility is to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust integration solutions that seamlessly connect diverse systems and applications. Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will contribute to shaping our overall system architecture to ensure optimal data flow, scalability, and performance.Please note, strong experience using SQL is essential for this role.As the Software Engineer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Integration Solution Design & Development:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable, efficient, and maintainable integration solutionsArchitect integration solutions using industry best practices and leveraging your expertise in integration patterns, API design, and middleware technologiesLead the hands-on development and coding efforts for integration projects using languages such as Object Pascal, Python, PHP, or othersEnsure code quality, security, and compliance with coding guidelines and standardsCreate comprehensive technical documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational proceduresAct as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting and resolving integration issuesProvide guidance and support to Digital technology and cross-functional teamsOrganise and facilitate all aspects of integration code deploymentPerform thorough integration reviews and implement necessary actions based on the outcomesDevelop and execute test plans for integration solutions to ensure reliability and performanceProactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the integration development life cycleTeam ManagementIdentify and develop talent via coaching, mentoring and the implementation of individual Team Member learning plansConduct training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge in integration technologiesTeam Management and delegationCompletion of regular and annual performance reviewsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Developer and/or Software Engineer roles.Previous experience working on international projects, within fashionExperience in Flow/Statelake integration is highly regarded, but not essentialStrong experience in SQL is requiredProven experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutionsSolid understanding of SQL for data retrieval and storageExperience in providing technical leadership, mentoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teamsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Monthly culture committee eventsCentral CBD locationPre-pay day lunchesBirthday leaveCompetitive SalaryOne month paid parental leaveReferral bonus schemeTraining and development to evolve and shape your careerOpportunity to progress across all areas of the business including Retail, Support Office and our Distribution CentreTreat yourself with our attractive staff discount This can also be used for friends and familyAccess to our Employee Assistance Program & Mental Health championsWe are passionate about connecting with skilled and dynamic individuals who are invested in their development, so that together we can evolve our brand's success, alongside evolving your career.What are you waiting for?
