We're looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.
About the role: The Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our business.
They will lead the team, coordinate job scheduling, manage consumables and equipment, and oversee staff performance.
This role is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships, supporting continuous process improvement, and driving performance to enhance profitability.
With unlimited support from the business owners, the Operations Manager is empowered to drive success, foster innovation, and contribute to ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities Be the main point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality service.Work with senior management to develop strategies that align with company goals.Coordinate job bookings, schedule operators, and prepare necessary resources using digital systems.Manage staff performance, approve leave, and support development.Set performance metrics, identify issues, and find solutions to improve operations.Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast demand, and allocate tasks to the sales team.Manage vendors and consumables to ensure equipment readiness.Approve dockets, invoices, and monitor expenses.The Ideal Candidate Proven leadership and team management experienceStrong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and customer serviceAbility to set targets, track and analyse performance metrics for continuous improvementA positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to operational excellenceExcellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong customer relationshipsFamiliarity with the construction industry and concrete cutting tools is advantageous but is not requiredIf you're passionate about driving team success and operational efficiency, we'd love to hear from you
