About the role We now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced sales management professional to join our team as a Team Manager in one of our Perth stores.
Reporting to the Store Manager, as a member of store management, you will be responsible for ensuring the store exceeds sales plan and profitability targets while providing outstanding customer service.
You will effectively lead, develop, and support staff to meet and/or exceed individual sales plans with a strong focus on client development and providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Build relationships with internal and external clientsNurture and develop our client portfolio through meaningful commercial outreachSupport the Store Manager in organizing and hosting events for clientsCreate exceptional experiences for our clients - we are always going above and beyondBecome an expert on product and sales training modulesAssist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisorsAssist with recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new startersKey-holder responsibilities, such as opening and closing of the storeThe ideal candidate will have: Minimum three years supervisory or management experienceSound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience (i.e., hospitality, events, banking, etc.
)Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales resultsExperience working towards targets and KPIsExperience in organizing events is a plusThe ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism both with clients and staff membersProven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentFlexibility to work in various roles based on business needs (i.e., on the sales floor, operations, etc.
