About the Role As an Intern, you will play an integral role in supporting our sales & category teams, gaining invaluable experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and mentorship in sales & category strategies, customer relationships, shopper & consumer insights and market analysis.
What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. Key qualities include:
Education: You will be in your final year of studying towards a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in sales and customer engagement.Mindset: A can-do attitude, team player, and problem solver.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data analysis.Values: Passionate about health and wellness, and aligned with Sanitarium's mission and values.What We Offer A supportive, team-oriented environment.Flexible working hours to accommodate your study commitments.6 monthly rotations in both Sales & Category.Mentorship and training from experienced professionals.Hands-on experience with real-world projects and clients.Opportunities to develop key business skills.Potential career pathways within Sanitarium for high-performing interns.Location: Our office is located in Berkeley Vale, Central Coast.
