The Mining Division of Liebherr Australia is seeking an experienced, analytical, and professional Commercial Coordinator to be based at our Perth Branch.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, in this role you will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager in various day-to-day duties.Key Responsibilities Administration of new machine & lease invoice process for WA Mining customersMachine stock takeNegative margin analysisJob auditsP&L analysisDebtor escalation machine invoicesWIP monitoring to ensure timely invoicingMonth end closing processesApproval of Supplier invoices within limitsAiding the Commercial Manager with budgeting and forecastingAbout YouTertiary qualifications in Business Management or a related field not essential but desirableGood knowledge of Finance and AccountingHigh attention to detail and effective communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standardIdentify and implement opportunities for improvement of existing processesBenefitsGlobal Company – Job StabilityGenerous employee benefits, including 5 days bonus leave days, paid parental leave, early access to Long Service LeaveOngoing Development and career progressionCorporate Health Insurance DiscountGenerous discounts for goods & services via our employee benefits program inc.
