About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join the dynamic team at Geely Auto Australia Pty Ltd.
This full-time role is based in Macquarie Park, NSW, and will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring its long-term financial success.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing strategic financial plans to support the company's growth and profitabilityPreparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior managementOverseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactionsMonitoring the company's cash flow and liquidity, and implementing measures to optimise financial performanceEnsuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standardsManaging the company's financial risk and identifying potential areas of improvementLeading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environmentOther temporary tasks from head officeWhat we're looking for Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the automotive industryDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and a professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA)Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies and business plansExcellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamProficient in the use of financial management software and toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levelsWhat we offerAt Geely Auto Australia, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
