Oase was established in 1949 and with over 800 employees around the world, they have a true passion for water and for aquatic environments and designs that meet the highest possible standards of technical precision.The Role Aquatec Equipment are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy in Australia.
This role requires a versatile professional who excels in digital marketing, brand management, and integrated campaigns, with a proven ability to adapt global strategies to local markets.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive global experience, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region (with a strong preference for experience in China), to drive impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences.This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking marketer to shape Aquatec Equipments presence in Australia, leveraging digital tools, cultural insights, and an innovative mindset to build customer engagement and brand loyalty.Based in Forrestdale.Key Responsibilities include:Lead all digital marketing efforts with collaboration with Global teams and agency partners including SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing campaignsLead email marketing strategy and executionOversee website management in partnership with global and local teamsWork closely with global marketing teams to localize global content for the Australian market, ensuring cultural relevance and resonanceLeverage experience in Asia (particularly China) to build and execute campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, including Chinese-speaking communities in AustraliaMaintain and grow the brand presence in Australia, ensuring adherence to global brand standards while adapting for local impact.Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and high performanceManage the marketing budget for the Australian market, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROIWhat we are looking for:Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media ad platforms, email marketing systems, and CRM toolsStrong understanding of cultural nuances in the Asia-Pacific region, particularly within Chinese marketsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and hierarchiesProficient in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetAnalytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-makingCreative and innovative thinker with the ability to develop fresh approaches to marketing challengesHighly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCollaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to executionPassion for environmental sustainability and Oase's mission to bring the beauty and magic of water into people's livesWhat is in it for you?Join the leadership team within a company that is a global leader in their fieldCompetitive salary packageTransparent and supportive cultureJoin a company that takes pride in their work and celebrates accomplishmentsApply today for immediate consideration of your application
