The Story This is a thriving Australian-founded SaaS business that builds technology to create the best guest experience within the leisure and attractions industry.
From ticketing to POS, CRM, memberships, payments, guest feedback, and plenty more.
We're talking success to the tune of 10M+ attendees a month, over 1,700+ venues in 30+ countries, and over $10B+ in total transactions processed to date.

The Role This is a newly created role—a true Chief of Staff role, with a business that understands the value and positive influence this role can bring.
Reporting to the Global Chief of Staff and partnering with the Chief Product & Technology Officer, you will help support, shape, and steer departmental strategies and operational cadences, ensuring they align with the company vision and strategy.
You will straddle a number of strategic initiatives and priorities, collaborating with many stakeholders.

How can you enable, empower, and inspire others to achieve their best?
It's just as much about being the driving force for operational excellence and defining how the Product & Technology division operates in unison with other departments, as it is about being a key contributor to longer-term vision and business strategy.
What You Bring To The Role You will need experience working closely with or in Product teams in tech/product-led organizations, preferably one that is growing or scaling.
Stakeholder management and communication: You need to be a storyteller who can influence and inspire across the organization, managing up (C-suite), across, and down.

Ability to build trust and strong relationships: You need to drive significant change—thinking, ways of working, etc.
Establishing and building trust is essential for forging meaningful relationships to understand, influence, and drive decisions through to execution.

You need to understand where the business is at, how it runs, and how to drive positive change and improvement; positioning it and gaining the support and buy-in needed.
You will have a diverse range of senior stakeholders to manage and guide through those changes and ideas.
