Fixed Term (1-year contract) position Full time hours, however, we are also happy to consider 30 hours per week This role can be based at our Scarborough or Cloverdale Office with free parking on site, however, we will be moving to our new head office in Bentley mid next year Salary starting from $127,104 per annum plus superannuation and the opportunity to salary package Additional paid break between Christmas and New Year Unique opportunity to work in an organisation passionate about diversity and inclusion Amazing people and rewarding team culture with highly capable and welcoming colleagues About you
We are seeking a People and Culture Manager to join our team and provide support in the following areas:
Lead a dedicated People and Culture team providing line management, coaching and support Act as an escalation point for employee relations matters Contribute to policy and procedure development Run our annual performance review process Produce HR Reporting and analytics as required Provide advice and coaching to line managers Monitor compliance ensure obligations are consistently met Apply Now
