At Mindshare ANZ, we offer a competitive salary package, with 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, with the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year.

Marketplace
Marketplace is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
We are looking for a Group Investment Director to work with one of our biggest clients, market leaders in the FMCG space.
This role is based in Sydney.
Responsibilities
Engage with our media partners to retain rich knowledge of the media landscape and a deep understanding of core media principles.
Engage with internal product teams including GroupM proprietary product and service teams.
Confident in your knowledge of media planning principles and strong ability to utilize agency and industry tools.
Able to construct and present robust Implementation plans, grounded in strategic priorities.
Bring innovation and creativity to the table, leveraging insights from across the market.
Develop future fit, market leading Investment strategies for your clients.
Ensure client Investment deliverables are met consistently.
Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy.
Responsible for the overall delivery of client trading KPI's.
Seek to find, communicate and implement improvements in all aspects of the role.
Deliver a well-informed POV in every meeting, providing innovative strategic insights.
Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives.
Help build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service.
Build strong and enduring client relationships at a senior level.
Provide innovative strategic insights by acting as an expert on the client's business, industry and competitors.
Seek out reformist ways to keep clients informed on relevant developments in the media landscape.
Clear understanding of the in-scope services of your clients.
Review your team's training needs to align their career plans to their progression.
Responsible for overseeing workflow between all members of the team and escalating any issues.
Experience
You will have considerable career experience across major agency and channel related topics, underpinned by 8 - 12 years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques and processes.
