Are you a skilled EL1 Program Manager ready to make a difference in the safety and effectiveness of medicines in Australia?
Our client, a leading regulatory agency is on the lookout for an exceptional EL1 Program Manager to lead a program.
In this role, you'll oversee the program and support key advisory committees, managing a range of initiatives that ensure Australians have timely access to safe and effective medicines.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Innovate: Develop, implement, and enhance the program, driving program improvements and monitoring progress to stay on target.
Coordinate & Execute: Create detailed program plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
Engage & Report: Regularly report on program status to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Mentor & Support: Inspire and guide your team, collaborating closely with Medical Officers and stakeholders across agencies.
Communicate & Collaborate: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination with the regulators.

About You:

Proven Leadership: You have a track record of leading programs and managing teams, with a knack for inspiring quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, able to communicate complex matters to varied audiences.
Strategic Thinker: Skilled in prioritisation, you adapt easily to changing priorities and make decisions based on professional judgment and risk assessment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be an Australian Citizen
Must be able to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
