Randstad are currently working with the Queensland Government to find a Senior Advisor EDRMS .
Randstad seeks to engage an experienced and skilled Senior Advisor (EDRMS) to assist the Principal Advisor (EDRMS) in the delivery of the core administrative functions.

Responsibilities: Maintenance and administration of EDRMS applications with a focus on application administration, testing and providing outstanding customer centric support to end users.
Provision of sound technical solutions and the efficient management of day-to-day issues arising from the operation of EDRMS applications.
Development and delivery of effective one-on-one and group end user training via online platforms (for example, Microsoft Teams).
Development and ongoing maintenance of end user training materials and manuals.
Proactively participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the system infrastructure and providing efficient system maintenance.
Perform core daily checks and ongoing system monitoring.
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request processes.
Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, including a demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and negotiate outcomes with a focus on building strong customer outcomes.
Demonstrated experience with the administration of Content Manager will be highly regarded.
