Head Of IT Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Information Technology services across multiple campuses.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for IT services, aligning with the College's educational and operational objectives.IT Operations Management: Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network management, systems integration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop high-performing IT teams, focusing on collaboration, service delivery, and effective communication.Project Management: Manage projects related to IT services, ensuring timely completion and meeting business requirements.Reporting and Compliance: Document processes, procedures, and incident reports clearly and thoroughly, ensuring consistency and compliance.Requirements:Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in Education Sector: Proven experience managing IT operations across multiple sites, ideally within the education sector.Cybersecurity Expertise: Strong expertise in network management, systems integration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.Microsoft and Google Certifications: Experience with Microsoft (Azure AD/integrations), Google (Workspaces administration/integrations), Cloudfare, and JAMF services.About Ilim College:Ilim College is a leading Islamic school with a strong commitment to child safety.
