Our boutique HR consulting business is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Advisor who will enjoy the challenge and variety of working with a diverse range of clients.

The role entails: Partnering with interesting and diverse businesses to provide HR support across all dimensions of generalist HR Building meaningful relationships with clients and their teams Working together with the principals and senior advisors on strategic HR assignments Mentoring junior advisors to develop their HR skills and experience Overseeing the day-to-day HR function for a number of clients, working in a team to ensure that together all key milestones are met Key Responsibilities To be successful in this position you need to be able to demonstrate:
A recognised HR-related qualification 4+ years' relevant generalist HR experience Ability to manage a varied workload Desire to take ownership of key client initiatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adept at working well with a wide range of personalities Please attach your CV and a cover letter to your application and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
