This exceptional opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is confident enough to work towards a partnership and enjoy all that comes with it.
You will need to be experienced and confident engaging with clients in a proactive, consultative, and positive way.
You will be responsible for providing regular building progress updates to clients and ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Demonstrated leadership and management experience overseeing multiple sites Build and maintain client confidence through effective service delivery Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships Identifying key gaps for business development opportunities Understanding of financial aspects of the business Ability to create accurate monthly forecasting Handling of escalated claims and conflict management with all stakeholders Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S requirements Ensure all inspections, certificates of final inspection from Building Surveyor & all relevant documentation are signed off To be successful in this role you will have previous Building Management experience and demonstrate the following:
Local industry contacts ideal, however, not essential Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven track record of driving profitable sales growth and strong commercial acumen Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client Project management skills desirable but not essential QBCC Site Supervisor License highly recommended Essential Requirements:
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to grow a business and client relationships Managed delivery process and quality to the highest standards Current motor vehicle license Please note: A pre-employment medical examination and criminal background check will make up part of the recruitment process.
