Trident Services is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Event Security Officers to join our team at South Bank Parklands, the heart of Brisbane City.
As an industry leader in security and cleaning services across Queensland, we pride ourselves on delivering proactive and well-managed services to our clients.
This is your chance to work with some of Australia's top businesses on exciting projects while building valuable professional connections.
What You'll Do:
Ensure Safety: Create a secure environment for clients and guests.
Provide Exceptional Service: Assist customers with inquiries and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Manage Risks: Identify, report, and document potential risks during your shift.
Communicate Effectively: Utilize strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Resolve Conflicts: Employ conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
Know Your Protocols: Understand workplace emergency procedures and protocols.
Key Selection Criteria:
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
Current Queensland Security License with Crowd Control Function.
Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain.
Availability to work on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2024.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in incident management and reporting.
Excellent customer service skills.
