The Opportunity
Our client, a prominent electrical service company in Ballarat, is actively looking to hire an A Grade Licensed Electrician to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have the chance to engage in diverse projects and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to both residential and commercial customers. The role involves servicing Ballarat and surrounding areas, providing an excellent opportunity to explore and work on a wide range of projects.
The Role
We are in search of a dependable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated electrician. We require an individual who possesses strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and the initiative to take charge. In this collaborative work environment, your input will be highly appreciated, and you'll be entrusted to make decisions based on your own judgment.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled apprentices who are not only competent but also open to listening, learning, and personal growth. Our client places a strong emphasis on team culture, valuing camaraderie and acknowledging and rewarding exceptional work.
Attractive remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate, along with additional benefits such as penalties. You will have access to a company vehicle & fuel card, uniform & safety equipment. As an added bonus, our client provides Christmas bonuses and access to wholesale prices.
The Must Haves Qualification as a fully licensed, A Grade Electrician or 4th year apprentice A White Card, and Working at Heights ticket A Working with Children Check A current manual drivers' license is essential Solar experience is an advantage, but not essential About You You're known for your great work ethic, reliability, trustworthiness, and willingness to get the job done You've got proven experience in a similar role You possess a strong technical and learning agility to apply new concepts and continuously improve You have the ability to work well in a small team, but also work independently You Will Enjoy Above award remuneration entitlements, negotiable for the right candidate A company vehicle and fuel card The opportunity to work with a fun, vibrant and energetic team.
