This role is in Sydney with a hybrid work model.Currently, the APAC Transaction Management Team consists of 11 team members across Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Each Transaction Manager reports directly to the APAC Head of Transaction Management.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Be the primary point of contact for the client and their counsel following successful mandate on a new transaction, including liaising with the Business Development Team, appointing external Counsel, and negotiating documentation in line with BNY Standards.Present the transaction to various internal stakeholders and approval committees.Manage the transaction through to successful close and transition the deal to the ongoing Client management team.The successful candidate will need to have experience as a Transaction Manager or Lawyer working across a variety of Debt Capital Market instruments, primarily with Securitization documentation experience.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Experience as a Transaction Manager or Lawyer in the Debt Capital market space, with securitization is required.Bachelor's degree preferably in finance or a related area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.7-10 years of total work experience preferred.Our Benefits and Rewards:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
