Our client, a reputable firm based in Sydney CBD, is seeking a talented Solicitor in civil litigation area to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years post-admission experience to handle a diverse caseload and provide strategic advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, debt recovery, property disputes, and more.
Provide expert legal advice and develop effective strategies tailored to client needs.
Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
Prepare high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, and correspondence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Your Profile:
5+ years PAE with proven experience.
Strong knowledge of court procedures and dispute resolution processes.
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional communication and client management skills.
