Salary: $120K - $160K package
Location: Ballarat

COMPANY:
This professional Regional Victorian Builder specialising in commercial construction projects up to $70M across Education, Health, Retail and Government facilities.
This business operates on a 5-day work week, with currently 15 live projects all over Victoria.
You will be joining a business that has strong ties with Government projects and repeat clientele.
You will be a part of an award-winning builder who promotes internally and takes care of all their staff with regular salary reviews and additional programs.

ROLE:
Reporting into the Contracts Manager,

You will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract packageAssess sub-contractor variations and progress paymentsPrepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the companyAssist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractorsManage the procurement for the whole construction lifecycleManage financials of the project and ensure the project is profitableREQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be able to:
