Excel in both backend and frontend developmentChampion code quality, maintainability, and automated testingBring a passion for software engineering and continuous learningShare knowledge and mentor others with an opportunity to grow into a technical leadership roleDemonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindsetHave a strong product mindset, challenging technical and design decisions to deliver exceptional customer outcomesBalance technical excellence with pragmatic solutions that truly solve customer problemsLocation: Australia-based candidates only, Sydney - Hybrid (1-2 days in the Sydney office is mandatory)
Technical skills: 5+ years of production experience building web solutions as a full-stack engineerBeing very confident with:SQL Server (or equivalent RDBMS)Container technologies (Docker)React (with Hooks) + ES6/TypeScriptCSS3 (including CSS preprocessors e.g.
SASS, SCSS or LESS) and HTML 5Object-oriented design principles and patternsApplying general security and OWASP principles in practiceProduction maintenance and monitoringBonus SkillsDomain-Driven Design (DDD)MongoDBCI/CD pipeline design and implementationKey Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality solutions for web applications, APIs, and integrations using the latest technologies and techniquesWrite clean, modular, and secure code using industry best practicesImplement comprehensive testing across unit and integration levelsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners and BI/Data teams to deliver features end-to-end i.e.
