This is a team with an innovative approach to all facets of Real Estate.
Currently seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside a talented agent who has dominated the Sydneys South West for several years, this opportunity will see you collaborating with one of the areas biggest billers.
Operating out of a brand new state of the art office, this is a high-profile agency that is built on a team comprised of professional and dedicated individuals who are always going from strength to strength
The Role:Monday – Friday, you will be the backbone that keeps this top-performing Agent's day in order.
This role will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily to ensure seamless transactions.
As the Executive Assistant, your specific duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Diary, e-mail & appointment managementPreparing Sales listing kitsLiaising with vendors and buyersHandling exchanges and settlementsProperty marketing and advertisingAssisting at property auctionsGeneral administrative tasksThe Candidate:Our successful applicant will demonstrate confidence, maturity, and the ability to handle any task.
Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role is essential to be considered.
