Join Matrix Medical Innovations as a Product Specialist based in Sydney, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating our innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial part in driving sales and supporting the growth of our business.What you'll be doingProvide product demonstrations and training to healthcare providers, explaining the features and benefits of our medical devicesProvide expert in-theatre clinical support to our surgeon customers utilising our productsDevelop strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practicesCollaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesGather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to help improve our offeringsStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activitiesMaintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelineWhat we're looking forProven track record in a medical sales or product specialist role in the healthcare industryStrong technical understanding of medical devices and the ability to explain complex products in a clear and engaging mannerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionalsAbility to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targetsWillingness to travel within the local area, and on occasion interstate, to meet with customersRelevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in a healthcare-related field are highly desirableWhat we offerCompetitive salary and commission structureComprehensive training and ongoing professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentAbout usMatrix Medical Innovations is a leading provider of innovative medical devices and solutions.
