This role involves overseeing retail construction projects, with a focus on fuel stations and fast-food builds, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations to meet project milestones and quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
Oversee schedules, budgets, and procurement to maintain project timelines.
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve on-site issues.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in fuel or fast-food new builds.
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and WHS regulations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and lead diverse teams effectively.
Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Must be Perth-based with full work rights in Australia.
